When do the sessions take place?
The Ultimate Source program is self-paced.
You can start as soon as you enroll and move through the sessions on your own schedule.
Additionally, live Q&A mentoring sessions with Kathrine are offered monthly, with both daytime and evening options when available.
Is The Ultimate Source program all online?
Yes!
The program is fully online, combining videos, transcripts, and downloadable handouts to support different learning styles.
How many sessions are in the program?
There are 14 sessions total:

An Introduction
12 Life Area Training Sessions
How quickly can I complete the course?
You can move through the program at your own pace.
Some participants watch one session per week, while others move faster using the video speed options available.
Is there lifetime access to the course?
Absolutely! Once you enroll, you have lifetime access to the course materials.
You can revisit the sessions and handouts anytime.
Can I share the course with my family?
While login sharing is not permitted across multiple households, you may share your course with a spouse or child living in your home. It’s even encouraged to experience the transformation together!
Is this program trauma-informed?
Yes. The Ultimate Source is designed with trauma-informed care at its foundation and incorporates neuroscience, brain health strategies, and resilience-building practices.
How can I invite others to the program?
You can share the recording of the information session with family and friends.
Be sure they use the special link from the coach who invited you (or Kathrine) to get the discounted rate.
How much does the program cost?
Ultimate Source Course is regularly $299, but if you were invited by a coach, you qualify for a discounted rate of $199.
Ultimate Source Coaching Certification is normally $2,999, but invited by a coach or Kathrine Lee personally the cost is $1,995.
Is there a certification available?
Yes! If you wish to become a Certified Ultimate Source Life Coach, you can enroll in the certification track. Upon completion, you’ll be certified and equipped to coach others using The Ultimate Source framework.

With the certification will there be recordings of the live coaching sessions?
Yes! All live sessions are recorded.
If you can’t attend live, you can submit questions to [email protected] and Kathrine will address those questions durning the live session. You will be able to access her answers upon listening to the recording.
